Hi, I’m Manya –
a counsellor based in Melbourne, passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. With a warm, client-centred approach, I offer a safe space for healing, reflection, and personal growth.
I’m a qualified and compassionate counselling professional with a Master of Counselling from Monash University in Melbourne. My academic background also includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Amity University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Delhi. I am a Level 2 registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and hold a current Working With Children Check for Victoria.
My training covers a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Play Therapy, and Couples and Family Therapy. I’m also certified in Psychological First Aid, Suicide Prevention, and Family Dispute Resolution, with additional professional development completed through the Mental Health Academy, Relationship Australia, and Johns Hopkins University.
